Assistant Data Programmer
The selected candidate will join Labcorp’s Data Program team and support programming operations, quality checks, process issue resolution, stakeholder communication, activity tracking, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Labcorp Assistant Data Programmer include:
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Complete mandatory training within the required timelines.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and maintain proficiency in Informatica-related tools, including Panther and other relevant applications.
- Execute assigned tasks within designated turnaround times.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
- Manage multiple tasks and interruptions under demanding conditions.
- Investigate programming and process-related issues, identify root causes, resolve problems, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle administrative activities related to task execution.
- Monitor, track, and manage assigned activities to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and respond promptly to stakeholder and management queries.
- Generate and submit metrics and reports as requested by management.
- Support the training and onboarding of new programmers and mentor team members.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Point of Contact (POC) for assigned activities when required.
Eligibility and Qualifications
