Senior Analyst – Technical Writer Analyst
The position involves coordinating technical writing projects, maintaining scientific and product documentation, standardizing user guides, and supporting document rebranding activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical writing projects from planning through delivery.
- Prepare and update customer-facing documents, including user guides, customer letters, package inserts, and templates.
- Support the rebranding and standardization of user guides and other controlled content.
- Identify documentation requirements and follow up on pending items.
- Communicate project progress and coordinate deliverables with stakeholders across different geographies.
- Establish priorities, deadlines, and delivery schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining document accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in onsite training and apply relevant processes and tools.
Eligibility and Qualifications
