Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support end-to-end coordination of US and EU focused pharmaceutical projects
- Collaborate with internal teams including Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC, Analytical Development, and Formulation
- Resolve technical issues related to raw materials and packaging materials
- Ensure documentation compliance for regulatory submissions and agency queries
Vendor Qualification & Material Management
- Coordinate vendor qualification activities and technical questionnaires
- Perform DMF gap assessments and maintain regulatory documentation
- Manage vendor communication for material specifications and quality concerns
- Handle raw material complaints in collaboration with QA teams
- Maintain centralized procurement databases, vendor records, and risk assessments
- Support change control management for material specification updates
Procurement & Logistics Support
- Prepare purchase orders for APIs, excipients, impurities, and reference standards
- Coordinate shipment tracking and logistics activities
- Follow up with finance teams regarding vendor payments
- Ensure timely inwarding and material availability for R&D projects
Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Assist in regulatory deficiency responses related to raw and packaging materials
- Stay updated with FDA and ICH regulatory guidelines
- Present regulatory updates internally and support compliance activities
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this pharma procurement and supply chain job should have:
- M.Pharm qualification in any specialization
- 2 to 7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging systems
- Knowledge of FDA, ICH, and global regulatory requirements
