⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update documents within Veeva Vault (PromoMats/MedComms).
- Tag, annotate, organize, and maintain scientific and promotional content.
- Ensure compliance with global pharma regulatory standards.
- Support medical writers, reviewers, and brand teams with document libraries and trackers.
- Conduct quality checks on references, materials, and license files before final approval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline content review workflows.
- Learn and adopt best practices for pharma documentation and compliance.
🎓 Mandatory Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in project management in medical content or similar roles.
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Microbiology, Genetics, etc.).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office (on-site) in US business hours.
