Key Responsibilities
As a Safety Systems Analyst Level 1, you will:
- Support implementation and enhancement of pharmacovigilance safety systems.
- Assist in Oracle Argus Safety and other PV platform upgrades.
- Work closely with Global IT teams for system integrations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmacovigilance technology solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to safety databases.
- Manage CAPAs and perform root cause investigations.
- Participate in pharmacovigilance audits and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain training materials and controlled system documentation.
- Support user training on newly released systems and functionalities.
- Develop and program reports using SQL and related technologies.
- Create KPI dashboards and data visualization reports.
- Support study teams with safety data analytics and reporting.
- Track metrics and reporting requests from stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience with pharmacovigilance safety systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Argus Safety, ArisG, or similar PV platforms.
- Experience in safety system implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Knowledge of GxP system validation processes.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirements gathering.
Technical Skills
- SQL programming experience preferred.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as:
- Oracle Database
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with:
