Responsibilities in Job
We are currently hiring skilled professionals for our Analytical Research Development (ARD) Department. The key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Conducting method development to establish new analytical techniques.
- Performing method validation to ensure accuracy, precision, and reliability of analytical methods.
- Working collaboratively with the quality control and regulatory teams.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing analytical methods for improved efficiency.
Qualification Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualification criteria:
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-7 years in Analytical Research and Development.
- Strong understanding of GLP, method development, and validation.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:
- Expertise in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectroscopy, and Dissolution Testing.
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines for method validation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
