Job Description

The selected candidate will work as a Quality Control analyst responsible for analysis of AMV/AMT, finished product, stability samples and raw materials as per cGMP and USFDA requirements. The role also involves preparation of protocols, reports and related documentation as per GDP.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of AMV/AMT, finished product, stability samples and raw materials as per cGMP and USFDA requirements.
• Prepare protocols, reports and other related documentation as per GDP.
• Handle receipt, inward, storage of QC samples and disposition of samples after analysis.
• Maintain concurrent documentation of analytical records and storage of raw data.
• Make online entries in instrument and equipment usage logbooks.
• Report any deviation, incident, OOT or OOS instantly to the Section Head or Head QC.
• Carry out any additional responsibility assigned by the section head.
• Implement GLP / GMP requirements in the QC laboratory.
• Control and maintain QC laboratory records, including laboratory notebook and COA records.
• Support the site DICO (Data Integrity Compliance Officer) for monitoring and implementation of actions related to data integrity awareness at site.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience on HPLC, GC, FTIR, Dissolution Test apparatus, KF, LC-MS/MS, AAS, Malvern PSD analyzer / analyser etc.
• Sound knowledge of cGMP, GLP, GDP, ICH and ALCOA++.
• Ability to perform analytical testing and maintain documentation as per regulated quality standards.
