About the Role

The Trainee – R&D will support day-to-day laboratory reactions, documentation, analytical result interpretation, equipment maintenance, and plant activities during scale-up. The role also involves supporting project execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of reactions in the laboratory on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist seniors and the plant with reaction-related activities.
• Support plant activities during scale-up.
• Maintain laboratory records and workplace.
• Support interpretation of analytical results to reach experimental conclusions.
• Support handling and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Support complete documentation of reactions and associated activities.
• Ensure calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Contribute ideas and provide support for new reaction and project-related activities.
• Support the successful and timely execution of projects.
• Follow cGMP and GLP practices.
• Follow factory and company safety rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams when required.
• Prepare weekly updates and final reports.
