Key Responsibilities:

  • Supportย pharmacovigilance (PV) activitiesย in compliance withย global and local regulations.
  • Assist inย risk management plans (RMPs)ย andย risk minimization measures.
  • Manageย safety mailbox communicationsย andย aggregate reporting.
  • Conductย literature screeningย andย Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) submissions.
  • Overseeย PV agreementsย with distributors and third-party vendors.
  • Ensureย data qualityย and compliance withย PV System Master File (PSMF)ย requirements.
  • Supportย PV audits, inspections, and CAPA management.
  • Collaborate withย cross-functional teamsย to enhance patient safety strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 yearsย inย pharmaceutical PV, medical affairs, or healthcare compliance.
  • Strongย regulatory knowledgeย (ICH, CIOMS, GVP guidelines).
  • Excellentย communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Life sciences degreeย (pharmacy, nursing, or related field).
  • C2-level English proficiencyย (Cambridge-certified or equivalent).

  • Technical proficiencyย inย PV databases & automation tools.
  • Process improvement & data managementย expertise.
  • Ability to work in aย global, cross-functional team.
