Key Responsibilities โ€“ Pharma Regulatory Assistant

  • Assist in preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory applications
  • Support Test License, Import License, and Export License applications
  • Maintain regulatory databases, trackers, and documentation systems
  • Ensure audit readiness, traceability, and data integrity compliance
  • Monitor and track regulatory updates and changes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for regulatory submissions
  • Ensure compliance with Syngeneโ€™s GxP, EHS, and quality standards
  • Complete all mandatory data integrity and safety trainings on time

Educational Qualification & Eligibility

  • Education:
    • B.Pharm OR
    • Postgraduate degree in Science
  • Experience:
    • Freshers or early-career professionals preferred

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory affairs
