Job Title: Warehouse Executive (Stores)

Job Responsibilities
Reporting & Documentation
- Report to Designee / HOD regarding daily warehouse activities.
- Verify documents for the receipt of raw materials, packing materials, and general materials.
- Update records for raw materials and packing materials online.
- Maintain batch numbers and records in the Inward Register and internal systems.
Material Handling & Labeling
- Print and reconcile quarantine labels for received materials.
- Paste quarantine labels batch-wise as required.
- Submit analytical requisitions to QC for raw and packing materials.
- Post material receipts and issues in bin cards.
Record Keeping & Maintenance
- Verify registers for received materials.
- Ensure daily and monthly records are updated online for the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the warehouse, including register updates.
- Take daily temperature printouts and prepare yearly temperature trend analysis data.
Coordination & Safety
- Coordinate with SCM & QA for issues with received materials and documentation.
- Raise purchase requisitions for general materials as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on the shop floor and give instructions to workers.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the HOD.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience Required: 4 to 8 years in Warehouse (Stores) management, preferably in the API manufacturing industry.
- Key Skills: Documentation, record maintenance, coordination, safety compliance, and material handling.
- Preferred: Immediate joiners and candidates with API background.
