Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will support global Phase 1–4 clinical trials and work closely with global clinical operations teams.
Major Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) documentation as per ICH-GCP guidelines
- Support clinical trial documentation and regulatory submissions
- Track study milestones, patient recruitment, and study close-out activities
- Coordinate protocol amendments, IB updates, and ICF revisions
- Assist in IND/CTA submissions and ethics committee documentation
- Support pharmacovigilance documentation including SUSARs, DSURs, and PSURs
- Coordinate with CROs, vendors, laboratories, and global clinical sites
- Assist in vendor oversight and clinical trial reconciliation activities
- Participate in audit readiness and regulatory inspection support
- Support AI/ML implementation initiatives within clinical operations
- Conduct literature reviews and competitive intelligence analysis
- Prepare meeting minutes, management reports, and project trackers
Required Qualifications
