Executive / Senior Executive – AQA Department
Location: Kothur (Near Shadnagar), Telangana
Department: Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA)
Position: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive or Senior Executive in the AQA department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our analytical processes. Below are your primary responsibilities:
1. Analytical Document Review
- Conduct thorough reviews of analytical documents, ensuring that all data and results are accurately recorded and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) are followed during the review process.
2. Handling Investigations
- Manage and conduct investigations for Out of Trend (OOT), Out of Specification (OOS), and other quality-related incidents.
- Develop action plans to resolve issues and improve the overall efficiency and compliance of the analytical processes.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain strong working knowledge of regulatory guidelines issued by agencies like the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), European Medicines Agency (EMA), and others.
- Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) Guidelines.
- Coordinate with regulatory teams to meet all necessary compliance and documentation requirements.
4. Communication and Collaboration
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure that investigation outcomes and document reviews are communicated clearly to relevant stakeholders.
