- Accurately and efficiently abstract clinical data from various medical sources for disease-specific projects.
- Analyze and interpret complex medical records (Inpatient, Discharge summaries, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and quality audits.
- Maintain QA benchmarks as per project standards.
- Collaborate with data analysts and healthcare professionals to improve data abstraction processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and medical terminologies.
๐ Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Any Life Sciences degree โ BDS, MDS, MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BPharm, Nursing.
- Experience: 3โ5 years in clinical data abstraction, oncology, or registry work
- Strong understanding of Anatomy and Physiology.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
