Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and customers.
- Provide accurate, balanced, and scientifically validated medical information.
- Maintain high-quality documentation of all interactions.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, pharmacovigilance guidelines, and company policies.
- Escalate adverse events and product quality complaints as per established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal medical, pharmacovigilance, and quality teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, or other relevant Life Sciences degree.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) experience is preferred.
- For Senior Medical Information Specialist, previous MICC experience is mandatory.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts.
