Micro Labs Limited is hiring QC professionals for the following positions:
- Officer – Quality Control
- Executive – Quality Control
- Sr. Executive – Quality Control
Candidates should have 2 to 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical Quality Control experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates are expected to work on routine and compliance-driven QC activities involving pharmaceutical raw materials and finished formulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis of APIs and excipients.
- Testing of in-process and finished pharmaceutical products.
- HPLC analysis and handling of chromatographic data.
- Analysis of tablets, capsules, ointments and other finished formulations.
- Operation and calibration of laboratory analytical instruments.
- Maintaining QC records and laboratory documentation.
- Handling LIMS and laboratory data.
- Following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and data-integrity requirements.
- Supporting investigations related to OOS and OOT results.
- Handling laboratory deviations and incidents.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable QC procedures and standards.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
HPLC Experience Required
Strong hands-on HPLC experience is mandatory. Candidates should have more than 2 years of HPLC experience, particularly in pharmaceutical QC analysis.
Experience with the following materials and products will be relevant:
- APIs
- Excipients
- In-process samples
- Compressed tablets
- Finished tablets
- Capsules
- Ointments
Candidates should also have practical experience in HPLC calibration.
Other Analytical Instrument Experience
Applicants should preferably have experience operating and handling:
- GC
- UV
- IR
- KF Titrator
- Dissolution Apparatus
- Laboratory instrument calibration systems
Experience covering pharmaceutical raw materials, in-process samples and finished formulations will be particularly relevant.
Additional QC Skills
Candidates should be familiar with important pharmaceutical QC systems and compliance practices, including:
- LIMS
- GLP
- OOS – Out of Specification
- OOT – Out of Trend
- Laboratory deviations and incidents
- Data integrity
- QC documentation and compliance
Salary and Benefits
