Roles & Responsibilities

Trainee Chemist & Chemist

• Follow laboratory practices and production procedures
• Understand and implement analytical techniques
• Adhere to GMP and GLP guidelines
• Follow SOPs and quality management systems
• Maintain documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with production teams
• Participate in shift-based manufacturing operations
• Learn and support pharmaceutical production activities

Shift In-Charge / Shift Supervisor

• Execute daily batch planning
• Monitor production schedules
• Supervise production operations
• Manage production teams
• Improve productivity and process efficiency
• Ensure smooth shift execution
• Maintain compliance with manufacturing standards

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. Chemistry or relevant Chemistry qualification
• Freshers are eligible for Trainee Chemist roles
• Experienced candidates with pharmaceutical/API manufacturing background are preferred for Chemist and Supervisor positions
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP and SOP compliance is desirable
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
