Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of resumes as per client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule them accordingly.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Proficient in MS Excel and possess excellent communication skills.
