Responsibilities in the Job
As a Biology Product Marketing Operations (PMOps) NPI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Project Managers with product life cycle management and new product introduction (NPI). Key responsibilities include:

  1. Product Life Cycle Management Support: Utilize tools such as SAP and Web Data Maintenance to support product management activities. You will be involved in reviewing NPDI and master data completeness, ensuring the data is correct and consistent.
  2. Data Management: You will support master data management, including data review, cleansing, enrichment, and consistency checks. You will also be involved in compiling and cleaning Corpbase data, troubleshooting Web PDP data, and ensuring the accuracy of all relevant data.
  3. Project Management Support: Assist in project management tasks such as creating dashboards, gathering necessary data, organizing meetings, and sending reminders.
  4. Meeting SLA and TAT: Ensure that internal and external customers’ requirements are met according to the agreed timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
  5. Quality & Productivity Standards: Maintain defined standards for quality and productivity, meeting all expectations for your assigned tasks.
  6. Collaboration with Global Teams: The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and project leads, based in North America and Europe. Your support will be crucial in managing interfaces and ensuring smooth business operations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • Education: A postgraduate degree in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology) from a reputable university is preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the scientific industry, ideally in roles related to product management, data analysis, or operations.

Skills and Competencies

  • Scientific Knowledge: You should have in-depth proficiency in life sciences subjects and a solid understanding of business operations roles and responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) is essential. You should be able to set up complex database queries and manage information efficiently.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to problem solve, plan, and execute tasks effectively
    • Self-management and self-driven problem-solving capabilities
    • Customer-oriented with business acumen and an ability to lead change
  • Global Collaboration: Since the role involves interacting with teams in North America and Europe, a flexible approach to work hours (1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST) will be required.
