Role Overview: Medidocx Services is seeking candidates for the role of Trainee Medical Records Summarizer. This is a remote, full-time position with the hiring office located in Pune. The company is looking for individuals with a background in life sciences who can analyze and summarize medical records for medico-legal purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Review and summarize various medical records, including consultation notes, operative reports, lab reports, and discharge summaries.
- Interpret medical charts, therapy records, and medico-legal documents like worker’s comp claims and independent medical examinations.
- Conduct clinical analysis to assess the causation, compensability, treatment appropriateness, and disability evaluations.
- Classify and organize medical documents and follow up on missing records.
- Summarize and document medical information chronologically for easy reference.
- Ensure accuracy in interpreting and summarizing handwritten medical notes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate or postgraduate in life sciences (Pharmacology, Microbiology, Nursing, Physical/Occupational Therapy).
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM), and excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Understanding of medical terminology and the ability to analyze clinical data from various medical records.
- Candidates should have a work-from-home setup with a laptop, Wi-Fi, power backup, and good electricity.

- Experience in other domains will be considered as fresher.
