Key Responsibilities
Adverse Event Case Processing
- Perform data entry of adverse event reports into the PV database
- Conduct seriousness and causality assessments
- Validate case data against source documents
- Review reports for completeness, accuracy, and quality
- Identify missing follow-up information when required
- Ensure timely submission of adverse event cases
- Participate in team meetings and PV activities
Global Pharmacovigilance Support
- Support global PV activities and regulatory compliance
- Handle adverse events mailbox management
- Assist with regulatory submissions of individual case safety reports
- Collaborate with global GPV colleagues and internal stakeholders
Customer & Internal Collaboration
- Communicate with affiliate offices, customer response teams, and legal teams
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
- Support internal and external PV-related communications
