Key Responsibilities

Adverse Event Case Processing

  • Perform data entry of adverse event reports into the PV database
  • Conduct seriousness and causality assessments
  • Validate case data against source documents
  • Review reports for completeness, accuracy, and quality
  • Identify missing follow-up information when required
  • Ensure timely submission of adverse event cases
  • Participate in team meetings and PV activities

Global Pharmacovigilance Support

  • Support global PV activities and regulatory compliance
  • Handle adverse events mailbox management
  • Assist with regulatory submissions of individual case safety reports
  • Collaborate with global GPV colleagues and internal stakeholders

Customer & Internal Collaboration

  • Communicate with affiliate offices, customer response teams, and legal teams
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Support internal and external PV-related communications

Required Qualifications
