As a Medical Science Liaison – Clinical Research, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving clinical trials for neurology and immunology therapies in India. Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) to gather insights and discuss cutting-edge clinical data.
- Identifying top investigators and sites to support clinical trials in neurology and immunology.
- Conducting field visits and maintaining regular interactions with trial sites to optimize patient recruitment and identify barriers.
- Providing support for interventional and non-interventional research studies, ensuring compliance with safety and ethical standards.
- Acting as a scientific resource by delivering presentations, attending congresses, and facilitating dialogue around the latest research.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical research associates (CRAs), regulatory personnel, and site management teams.
- Reporting and leveraging insights to refine clinical trial strategies and therapeutic advancements.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must have:
- Educational Background: MBBS, MD, BDS, or MDS.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a medical, scientific, or clinical research setting.
- Skills:
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage in peer-to-peer discussions with healthcare professionals.
- Understanding of clinical trial design and disease area knowledge.
- Expertise in gathering and analyzing medical insights.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) is a plus.
