We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
1. Officer/Senior Officer (Ophthalmic/Vial) – Production-Packing Department
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing packing operations within the ophthalmic vial production line.
- Efficiently handling and supervising manpower allocation to maximize productivity.
- Maintaining meticulous online documentation as per cGMP requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant SOPs and quality control standards.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree is mandatory.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in ophthalmic vial packing operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Demonstrated experience in manpower management and team leadership.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Experience in USFDA-regulated plants is a must.
2. QAMS Officer/Senior Officer (Ophthalmic) – Production Department
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance and Management Systems (QAMS) procedures within the ophthalmic production line.
- Conducting critical control point (CCP) analysis and investigations.
- Managing deviations, conducting thorough root cause investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements (including USFDA guidelines).
- Supporting internal and external audits.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a QAMS role within ophthalmic pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Thorough understanding of cGMP, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in CCP analysis, deviation management, and investigation techniques.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in USFDA-regulated environments is essential.
3. Officer (Mfg/Autoclave/Filling-Ophthalmic/Vial) – Production Department
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing manufacturing processes related to ophthalmic vials, including autoclave operation and filling lines.
- Ensuring high-quality product output and adherence to cGMP standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree is required.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in ophthalmic vial manufacturing, including autoclave and filling line operations.
- Thorough understanding of aseptic processing techniques and cGMP.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in USFDA-regulated plants is a must.
4. Associate/Operator (Mfg/Autoclave/Filling-Ophthalmic/Vial) – Production Department
Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining ophthalmic vial manufacturing equipment, including autoclaves and filling lines.
- Performing routine quality checks and reporting any deviations to supervisors.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Contributing to team goals and overall production efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ITI or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in ophthalmic vial manufacturing, specifically autoclave and filling line operation.
- Familiarity with basic manufacturing processes and cGMP principles.
5. Associate/Operator (Ophthalmic/Vial) – Production-Packing Department (Visual Inspector)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough visual inspections of ophthalmic vials to ensure product quality.
- Identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspection activities.
- Adhering to cGMP and all relevant quality control procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ITI or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in visual inspection of ophthalmic vials.
- Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills.
- Experience in USFDA-regulated facilities is highly desirable.
