Department: Quality Assurance
Designation: Senior Executive and Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience for Sr. Executive, 5-8 years of experience for Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager in a GLP and R&D environment.
• Post-graduation (M.Pharm/M.Sc.) with a science background.
• Experience in Drug Discovery and Development.
• Experience in a Contract Research Organization is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review SOPs.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., Deviations, Change Controls, Internal Audits).
• Knowledge of Vendor Qualifications.
• Review IQ/OQ/PQ documents.
• Document Control Procedures.
• Archival of documents.
• Knowledge of GLP (OECD) and GCP guidelines.
• Review data generated from Analytical (e.g., HPLC) and Molecular Biology (e.g., SDS page and Western blot).
• Review study plans/work plans, study protocols, test procedures, and study data for non-clinical and clinical studies.
• Audit experience with regulatory agencies and sponsors.
• Review of CSV documents is an added advantage.
