Key Responsibilities
As a Sample Handling Assistant I, you will be responsible for:
- Perform accessioning and patient demographic data entry.
- Process laboratory requisitions accurately.
- Complete first and second-level data entry.
- Meet turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
- Process urgent batches on priority.
- Generate complete audit trails for processed samples.
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation for future reference.
- Complete mandatory compliance training.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours duties whenever required.
- Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Suggest process improvements for operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
