Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of clinical research projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Adherence to SOPs
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Complete required training within the stipulated timelines.
Project and Technical Documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
- Perform checks to ensure the quality of work delivered meets organizational standards.
Task Management and Quality Assurance
- Execute daily tasks with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues to management when necessary.
Collaboration and Support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
- Assist in any additional duties assigned by management to support project success.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field.
- Prior experience in clinical project management is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining and reviewing technical documentation.
