Job Responsibilities

As a Contract Associate at Labcorp, the selected candidate will:

  • Develop and review contracts for low- to medium-complexity projects and support them through execution.
  • Work with contractual documents such as CDAs, ISAs, IPAs and WSCs, along with budgets where required.
  • Develop a working understanding of different Labcorp business units to help ensure appropriate contract terms for different study types.
  • Generate cash-flow analyses and payment schedules with management support and in accordance with Contract Management guidelines.
  • Follow up on outstanding contractual issues to support timely resolution and minimize business and legal risks.
  • Collaborate with Contract Analysts, Client Services, Finance, Pricing and Sales teams.
  • Assist Analysts and subject matter experts with periodic client follow-ups for contract documentation.
  • Support the management of contract processes and client relationships.
  • Participate in process-improvement initiatives related to the global delivery of contracts.
  • Follow applicable Contract Management policies and processes.
  • Maintain accurate updates regarding outstanding contractual documents through designated systems and tracking mechanisms.
  • Participate in project review meetings when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the organization.

Qualification and Eligibility
