Key Responsibilities
As a Statistical Programmer, you will:
- Design and develop SAS programs for clinical trial data analysis and reporting
- Support clinical trial programming activities of low to medium complexity
- Ensure high-quality, timely deliverables aligned with regulatory standards (ICH-GCP)
- Create and validate CDISC-compliant datasets and submission packages
- Perform data validation, verification, and quality checks
- Collaborate with biostatistics, data management, and regulatory teams
- Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives
- Support regulatory submissions including reviewerโs guides and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or higher degree in:
- Computer Science
- Data Science / Engineering
- Mathematics / Statistics
- Life Sciences / Public Health
- 2+ years of statistical programming experience (Pharma/CRO/Biotech preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAS programming (preferred)
- R / Python (optional but valuable)
- Clinical trial data structures
- Understanding of:
- CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
- ICH-GCP guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
