Key Responsibilities

As a Statistical Programmer, you will:

  • Design and develop SAS programs for clinical trial data analysis and reporting
  • Support clinical trial programming activities of low to medium complexity
  • Ensure high-quality, timely deliverables aligned with regulatory standards (ICH-GCP)
  • Create and validate CDISC-compliant datasets and submission packages
  • Perform data validation, verification, and quality checks
  • Collaborate with biostatistics, data management, and regulatory teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives
  • Support regulatory submissions including reviewerโ€™s guides and documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or higher degree in:
    • Computer Science
    • Data Science / Engineering
    • Mathematics / Statistics
    • Life Sciences / Public Health
  • 2+ years of statistical programming experience (Pharma/CRO/Biotech preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • SAS programming (preferred)
    • R / Python (optional but valuable)
    • Clinical trial data structures
  • Understanding of:
    • CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
    • ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
