Key Responsibilities:
- Support the backend operations of business development alongside a dedicated staff.
- Assist in responding to RFQs, writing proposals, and monitoring agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product delivery and keep the Manager informed about project statuses.
- Keep accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and business development initiatives, including the creation and update of a client database.
- Work closely with the accounts team on payment and credit follow-ups.
- Identify possible new clients in your given markets.
- Perform extra responsibilities as directed by the Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharma (Preferred) and an MBA.
Skills Required:
- A fundamental grasp of pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing.
- Excellent project management abilities, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
