Essential Responsibilities
As a Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1, your responsibilities include:
- Completing assigned centralized monitoring activities for projects with minimal supervision.
- Updating active databases with site details and ensuring accurate provisioning of access for the Infosario Portal.
- Ensuring timely completion of documentation required for the regulatory dossier for kit shipment, including Kit Contents Charts (KCC), packing lists, and import permits.
- Following up on pending activities with related teams to ensure timely release of patient laboratory reports.
- Maintaining real-time audit readiness by documenting all monitoring activities.
- Participating in department and process improvement initiatives as applicable.
- Completing assigned role-specific trainings, including e-SOPs, instructor-led sessions, and assessments.
Qualifications

- Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of prior work experience.
