Job Overview

The Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1 plays a pivotal role in managing monitoring responsibilities for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Essential Responsibilities

As a Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1, your responsibilities include:

  • Completing assigned centralized monitoring activities for projects with minimal supervision.
  • Updating active databases with site details and ensuring accurate provisioning of access for the Infosario Portal.
  • Ensuring timely completion of documentation required for the regulatory dossier for kit shipment, including Kit Contents Charts (KCC), packing lists, and import permits.
  • Following up on pending activities with related teams to ensure timely release of patient laboratory reports.
  • Maintaining real-time audit readiness by documenting all monitoring activities.
  • Participating in department and process improvement initiatives as applicable.
  • Completing assigned role-specific trainings, including e-SOPs, instructor-led sessions, and assessments.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you’ll need:

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of prior work experience.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Basic knowledge of systems and procedures.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
    • Organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
    • Effective interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with coworkers and managers.
