IQVIA is hiring Project Management Analysts (PMA) across Mumbai, Thane, and Bangalore for candidates with a background in life sciences and an interest in clinical research and project management. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience looking to enter the clinical trial project management domain.

As a Project Management Analyst at IQVIA, you will work closely with Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) to ensure efficient execution of clinical trials, focusing on cost control, risk management, scheduling, and compliance with GCP guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project performance dashboards and track key metrics
  • Support clinical trial project scheduling and milestone tracking
  • Assist in risk and issue management processes
  • Handle project financials including EAC, invoices, and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with Vendor and Purchase Order (PO) processes
  • Maintain change control and baseline management systems
  • Support resource allocation and budget management
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate internal and client-facing project meetings
  • Ensure eTMF (Trial Master File) compliance and audit readiness
  • Monitor training compliance and onboarding processes
  • Update project data in IQVIA systems for reporting and analytics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in clinical research or project management
  • Understanding of clinical trials, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to quality, accuracy, and detail

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of clinical data, eTMF, and audit processes
  • Exposure to financial tracking or project budgeting
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams
