Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – Systematic Literature Review (SLR), you will:
- Support the development of systematic review protocols and research frameworks.
- Conduct literature searches using databases such as PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library.
- Perform systematic and targeted literature reviews for evidence generation projects.
- Screen abstracts and full-text articles based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria.
- Extract clinical, epidemiological, economic, and humanistic outcomes data from published studies.
- Conduct quality assessments and critical appraisal of scientific literature.
- Support evidence synthesis, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, manuscripts, posters, and publications.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client discussions when required.
- Maintain organized documentation and reference libraries using EndNote or similar tools.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related disciplines.
- 0–2 years of experience in Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR), evidence synthesis, or healthcare research.
- Understanding of systematic review methodologies and evidence-generation techniques.
- Familiarity with PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases.
- Experience using EndNote, Reference Manager, or citation management tools.
- Knowledge of data extraction and literature quality assessment methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience authoring manuscripts, scientific publications, posters, or conference presentations.
- Academic or industry experience in healthcare research and evidence synthesis.
- Exposure to Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) projects is advantageous.
