Job Responsibilities

Purchase Department

• Manage procurement of raw materials and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with production teams to align procurement strategies.

QA Validation (Sterile)

• Conduct validation for sterile manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review validation protocols and reports.
• Monitor and improve quality assurance systems.

Quality Control

• Perform analytical testing of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure product quality meets regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Document test results and report deviations.

Microbiology

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials and products.
• Monitor environmental conditions in sterile manufacturing areas.
• Ensure compliance with microbial limits and standards.
• Support investigations into microbial contamination.

Qualifications

• Purchase: Any Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
• QA Validation (Sterile): B.Pharma with 4-7 years of experience in sterile validation processes.
• Quality Control: M.Sc with 5-8 years of experience in analytical testing.
• Microbiology: M.Sc with 3-5 years of experience in microbiological testing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
