Henkel is seeking a Specialist in Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs at its Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India location. This on-site, full-time position requires a dynamic individual who will contribute to Henkel’s global regulatory standards and provide support for both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide prompt assistance to internal and external clients and manage customer queries through the company’s Customer Query Tool.
- Coordination and Monitoring: Oversee ticket resolution, ensuring effective communication with contributors and monitoring open tickets.
- Process and System Improvements: Contribute insights on enhancing processes and systems.
- Complaint Handling: Document and address customer complaints related to product health and exposure, coordinating with the Regional PSRA (Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs) teams for resolution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Participate in preparing customer-specific forms and managing customer portals.
- Compliance and Regulation: Verify product compliance with chemical control regulations like U.S. TSCA and REACH.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Regulatory Affairs teams globally and support regional or global PSRA projects.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of products, associated chemistries, and related processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
