🧬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis
- Build and optimize custom NGS pipelines
- Analyze human and microbial genomic data
- Work with genomics databases and bioinformatics tools
- Support R&D teams in clinical genomics projects
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Master’s in Bioinformatics
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, Linux
- Experience with NGS tools, Bioconductor
- Knowledge of human genetics & microbial genomics

- Nanopore sequencing analysis
