1. Technical Associate II (PV Excellence) – Bengaluru
Role Overview
The Technical Associate II (PV Excellence) will support enterprise-level pharmacovigilance operations, including regulatory compliance, safety systems, documentation, RMP activities, aggregate reports, and global PV process improvement.
This is an excellent role for professionals experienced in pharmacovigilance operations, PV tools, regulatory processes, document management, and metric reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PV templates and documentation in Veeva Vault
- Support interactions with third-party vendors for Aggregate Reports
- Handle metric collection, reporting, and management monitoring
- Manage access for multiple systems (Submission Portal, Citrix, GMP, shared drives)
- Oversee PV Excellence mailboxes and triage activities
- Work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) when required
- Maintain PVE-owned intranet/webpages
- Support signal detection, CVW reviews, EMA publications
- Assist in Eudravigilance, RMP, TSS/PASS activities
- Manage RSI updates and Safety Communications
- Provide support for training, audits, inspections, devices, eTMF, MedDRA updates
- Improve processes using performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related disciplines
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of PV processes and global PV regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, document management systems
2. Associate Publications Operations Coordinator – Systems & Tools
Role Overview
This role supports Publications Operations Leads in systems management, vendor management, KPI tracking, analytics, training, and publication process oversight.
Ideal for professionals skilled in publications management systems, iEnvision Datavision, dashboard/reporting tools, and scientific operations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Publications Systems & Tools
- Maintain and support iEnvision Datavision and related systems
B. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop automated KPI dashboards
- Track performance metrics
- Conduct root-cause analysis and quality tracking
- Support budget estimation
C. Vendor Management
- Implement supplier governance
- Manage vendor reviews, KPIs, compliance, invoicing QC
