Roles and Responsibilities
Gland Pharma is seeking talented individuals to fill Quality Assurance (Injectables) positions. The selected candidates will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks within the department. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and Review: Manage the comprehensive preparation and review of Media Fill, Process & Cleaning Validation Protocols and Reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- APR & APQR Management: Take charge of the preparation and review of Annual Product Reviews (APR) and Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) summary reports.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- BPCR Management: Efficiently retrieve Batch Production and Control Records (BPCRs) in situations involving batch cancellations or planning changes.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Conduct investigations and handle execution of QMS documents related to change controls, deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Analytical Method Reviews: Oversee the review of Analytical Method Validations, Method Transfers, Protocols, and Reports.
- Calibration Data Review: Review and evaluate HPLC, GC, and LCMS calibration data, along with analytical data review.
- Quality Assurance Software: Manage Quality Assurance management system software for various QMS activities.
- Equipment Qualification Knowledge: Ensure knowledge of equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/CSV, Process validation) for change control assessments related to facilities and processes.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- Educational Background: Candidates must hold a B.Sc., B. Pharmacy, M.Sc., or M. Pharmacy degree.
- Experience Level: A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within the injectables sector, specifically focusing on lyophilization, is required.
- Required Skills:
- Proficient in the preparation and review of validation protocols and reports.
- Strong analytical skills for data review.
- Familiarity with QMS software and practices, along with experience in handling deviations and CAPA.
