Job Responsibilities
As a Site Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating the clinical trial process by managing contractual agreements and serving as a liaison between sponsors, investigative sites, and Medpace. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact between sponsors, investigative sites, and internal teams at Medpace.
- Contract Management: Prepare, negotiate, track, and finalize Confidentiality Agreements (CDA), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), Budgets, and Letters of Indemnification (LOI), along with necessary amendments.
- Site Management: Manage all required contractual agreements with investigator sites, ensuring that all contracts are distributed, negotiated, tracked, and finalized in a timely manner.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal project teams to ensure that all negotiations are completed within established timelines.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience with contract and budget negotiations, preferably within the industry.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
