Job Title: Data Analyst (DA)

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Data Curation

• Perform complex data abstraction, including interpretation, for specified disease and project requirements.
• Participate and contribute to team meetings and learning sessions.
• Maintain a high level of medical knowledge and understanding of terminology, as well as expertise in electronic medical records and data capture systems.
• Self-report activities such as time spent on records, completed audits, and other relevant details to the Operations and QA management teams.

Quality Assurance

• Consistently comply with minimum quality levels outlined in the QA plan for each project (e.g., >95% or higher accuracy, depending on the project).
• Receive feedback from the Quality Analyst and ensure timely reconciliation of errors.
• Participate in quarterly Inter Rater Reliability (IRR) sessions.

Special Projects

• Lead or participate in special projects or client-specific initiatives as directed by the team.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Graduate/PG in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy (BSc/MSc).
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in data abstraction.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with computers, good communication skills (both written and verbal).
