Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct web-based research on Medical, Surgical, Laboratory Diagnostics, and Pharmaceutical products, and procure relevant details for attribute comparison and classification.
- Classify products according to defined standards (Client schema/UNSPSC).
- Perform tasks and complete targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs.
- Work cohesively in a team setting and assist team members to achieve shared goals.
- Comply with client/project guidelines, business rules, and company’s quality system and policies.
- Communicate and escalate issues to seniors in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the medical field.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: MSC (Microbiology/Biotechnology), BDS, MBBS, BHMS, BAMS.
- Good computer knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US healthcare domain and in a non-clinical field.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
