Eligibility:

• Science Graduate/B. Pharm/M. Pharm
• Experience: 0-2 years

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain contact with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to gain knowledge of drug development programs, promote the company’s services (Clinical Operations, Data Services), and increase the number of studies.
2. Identify potential sponsors, generate leads through the internet and professional networks, and prioritize prospective sponsors.
3. Deliver and/or request necessary documents for drug studies from sponsors.
4. Understand the needs of sponsors, conduct meetings, and follow up with potential sponsors to customize business proposals.
5. Negotiate with sponsors regarding business processes, proposals (quotes, budgets, timelines, resources), confidentiality agreements, and arrange for project execution from the sponsor.
6. Manage project lifecycle to ensure quality implementation according to clear customer expectations and requirements.
7. Collaborate with business development, marketing, and clinical operation departments on the creation of competitive concept proposals.
8. Work closely with Directors, Managers, and Clinical leads.
9. Build and maintain relationships with key contacts of potential sponsors and consulting companies to access new opportunities.
10. Visit on-site meetings.
11. Plan, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of junior business associates.
12. Read and interpret project specifications and requirements.
13. Communicate between sponsor and clinical team regarding project details, budgets, estimates, and timelines.
14. Be solely accountable for sponsors, conduct negotiations for new and add-on services to ensure viability and realistic expectation setting.
15. Continuously monitor project progress.
