- Synthesize, purify, and characterize chemical intermediates.
- Deliver small to large quantities of novel chemical entities for drug discovery.

- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of basic organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms.
- Apply knowledge of Name Reactions and functional group transformations.
- Understand molarity, normality, and equivalency.
- Gain practical experience in thin-layer chromatography, column purification, and extraction.
- Interpret NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry data.

Person Profile:
Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field or M. Pharma (Specialized in Organic Synthesis).
Experience:
- 0-1 year of project experience.
