Job Responsibilities
- Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK):
- Conduct bioanalytical studies in both in vitro and in vivo settings.
- Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) Studies:
- Perform PK-PD studies in rats and mice involving Novel Chemical Entities (NCEs).
- Method Development & Validation:
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for NCEs.
- Animal Handling:
- Handle laboratory animals such as rats, mice, guinea pigs, and rabbits.
- Administer doses to experimental animals through various routes.
- Conduct small animal surgeries and manage animal models.
- Data Management:
- Generate, analyze, compile, and prepare reports on data.
- Regularly upload data for documentation purposes.
- Dose Preparation & Administration:
- Prepare and administer compound doses to experimental animals.
- In Vivo Models:
- Maintain good knowledge of in vivo animal models.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in bioanalytical method development and validation.
- Animal Handling:
- Skilled in handling small laboratory animals and conducting surgeries.
- Data Management:
- Ability to analyze, compile, and prepare comprehensive data reports.
- Technical Knowledge:
