Position: Clinical Data Management

This role is ideal for freshers in life sciences or pharmacy graduates with a passion for data management in the healthcare sector. As a Clinical Data Management Specialist, you’ll work directly with patient data, classifying it as clinical or non-clinical and entering it into EHRs.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Abstraction and Management: Segregate raw patient data into clinical and non-clinical categories.
• EHR Integration: Input and manage patient data in Electronic Health Records accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: Day Shift (with rotational flexibility)
• CTC: 2.10 LPA (approx. 12,000 in-hand after deductions, with incentives)
• Work Mode: On-site at our Navi Mumbai office

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Freshers with a background in life sciences (B.Sc & M.Sc from Maharashtra) or pharmacy (B.Pharm from Mumbai).
• Skills Required:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and healthcare data management.
  • Good communication skills.
