Key Responsibilities of Clinical Research Associate
The Clinical Research Associate at Sova Health will manage clinical trial operations and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the study lifecycle.
Major Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical trials from initiation to close-out
- Conduct site qualification, monitoring, initiation, and close-out visits
- Maintain trial documentation including protocols, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and internal SOPs
- Support ethics committee and regulatory submissions
- Manage trial master files (TMF) and audit documentation
- Perform clinical data integration, validation, and reconciliation
- Conduct data cleaning, query management, and discrepancy resolution
- Support database lock activities and maintain audit trails
- Collaborate with investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Participate in clinical meetings and follow-up activities
- Assist with study budgets, invoices, and contracts
- Contribute to clinical data analysis and publication support
Eligibility Criteria
