Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance (QA):

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Review and approve production batch records.
• Investigate quality issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

2. Quality Control (QC):

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of all testing data and results.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct stability testing and validation.

3. Research and Development (R&D):

• Assist in the development of new pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct experiments and trials for formulation development.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

4. ITI Students:

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Assist in the production process to ensure efficient operation.
• Adhere to safety and operational protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
