Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance (QA):
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and approve production batch records.
- Investigate quality issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure the implementation of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
2. Quality Control (QC):
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of all testing data and results.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct stability testing and validation.
3. Research and Development (R&D):
- Assist in the development of new pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct experiments and trials for formulation development.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
4. ITI Students:
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Assist in the production process to ensure efficient operation.
- Adhere to safety and operational protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
