About the Role
Covenant Consultants is hiring fresh, enthusiastic graduates to join our HR team as Talent Acquisition Executives. If you have a passion for recruitment and a drive to learn, this is your chance to kickstart your career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Source potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and manage candidate databases.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Background: MBA/MSW/MA HRM (2023/2024) graduates with recruitment internship experience.
- Candidates with BPO experience (minimum 6 months, 2023 pass-outs) are also eligible.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
