Responsibilities
As a Sr Clinical Data Analyst, you will:
- Coordinate clinical data review, query generation/resolution, and reconciliation activities.
- Support the Data Management Lead in delivering clinical data aligned with client quality standards, timelines, and productivity targets.
- Develop and manage the project Data Management Plan, including data review guidelines, diagnostics specification, and system setup.
- Perform data management tasks such as data review, query management, and database reconciliation.
- Run and execute programs like special listings and discrepancy listings to support clinical data review.
- Contribute to database testing, including edit checks and screen functionality.
- Assist in the preparation of study-specific documentation such as Data Management Plans and eCRF completion guidelines.
- Generate study status reports and support database lock activities.
- Train new staff on project-specific Data Management processes.
- Participate in team meetings and support project setup, maintenance, and closure.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, information technology, or related fields.
- Certification in allied health professions is a plus.
Experience
- 2–4 years of clinical research experience, with a focus on data management preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and effective clinical data management practices.
Skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and drug development processes.
- Familiarity with clinical data management systems and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
