About the Fortrea Analyst SQO Role
The Supplier Qualification Analyst supports Fortrea’s Supplier Qualification Office in assessing and qualifying third-party clinical suppliers.
The selected candidate will coordinate with subject-matter experts, procurement teams, quality assurance colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure suppliers supporting clinical trials meet applicable qualification requirements.
This role also involves maintaining supplier documentation, tracking qualification activities, supporting vendor qualification audits and maintaining the Qualified Supplier List.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in assessing supplier capabilities under the direction of senior management.

- Issue, collect and review supplier qualification documents, including Requests for Information (RFI).
- Follow up on outstanding supplier qualification requests and documentation.
- Partner with Quality Assurance colleagues during vendor qualification audits.
- Create and maintain the Qualified Supplier List.
- Maintain accurate and complete supplier qualification files.
- Ensure supplier documentation is readily available for QA auditors and relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in other Supplier Qualification Office initiatives as required.
