Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute production processing activities.
- Work on production plan to achieve the dispatch commitment.
- Ensure the team achieves βZERO ACCIDENTβ work environment.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and batch manufacturing records for smooth production operations and regulatory compliance.
- Operate, monitor and maintain processing equipment and other related machinery.
- Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing processes to enhance yield, purity and overall process efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including deviations, equipment logs and batch reports, in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to ensure that all activities meet regulatory and product quality standards.
- Monitor and manage raw materials, consumables and reagents required for processing activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including environmental and biosafety standards, during production.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
- B.Sc / M.Sc Biotechnology
- BE / B.Tech Chemical
Experience Required
Candidates should have 1β7 years of experience.
